It must be emphasized that we are merely a reseller of Locs® and not the manufacturer.
PAYMENT
Our prices are all stated in EURO (EUR). Please note, however, that freight and shipping are only added to the total order at the end of checkout.
We offer payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express through a 3rd party payment gateway.
We can never deduct an amount that is greater than what you yourself ordered for. The payment is secure and encrypted.
RETURNED
At Locsshop.eu you have a 14-day full right of return on all your purchases. Should you regret the purchase, any item can be returned within 14 days from the date you received the item. Then you have 14 days to send the item back. If you regret your purchase, you must return the item in the same condition and quantity as when you received it, and enclose a copy of the invoice. You must also contact us no later than 14 days after you have received the item so we are aware that you will take the right of return in use. You should always make sure to get a confirmation from us and save it. If the item has been used or the original packaging is not intact, Locsshop.eu will assess the impairment and subsequently deposit the remaining amount in your account. It is only allowed to try the item as you would try it in a store. This means that if the item smells of smoke, has animal hair on it, has stains or something else which means that the item is not described as new, you will not be able to get your money refunded or only get some of the amount back as the item's value has deteriorated. Here you will receive what the item is worth in the condition we receive it in.
The purchase amount is deposited directly on the card you have paid with.
You must pay the freight for returned items. In order for you as a customer to be able to document that the item has been returned on time, you must receive a receipt for shipment. At the same time, the item is your responsibility during transport and an impairment assessment will be made if the item is broken when we receive the package. So make sure to pack the item securely. We recommend that you buy a package label with tracking and insurance. We do not recommend sending items back as a letter as the item is not insured if it should disappear or break during transport. So always send items back as a package and get a receipt for delivery. Then you have proof of shipment.
If you have purchased several items in an order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs. In this case, you will only receive the amount for the returned item and not the shipping.
Packages sent by COD will not be accepted and will be sent back to you as the sender.

REPLACEMENT
In case of exchange, the same rules apply as for the 14-day right of return.
If you want to exchange an item, you must return the original item and then we will pay the full amount if, once we have processed your return.
You must purchase the desired item as you purchased the first item.
ERROR-GOODS & WRONG GOODS
If you experience receiving an incorrect item, you simply send the item back to us, and we will send a new item to you free of charge if we have the item in stock. If the item is sold out, we will refund the full amount to you unless you want another item. In the case of defective goods, the return shipment is of course also free of charge for you. Contact us immediately by writing an email to info@Locsshop.eu if you have received a defective item or a wrong item, then we can send you a return shipping label that you will need when you need to send the items back to us. Remember to send the goods as you received them. Including everything in the package upon receipt.
COMPLAINT
It may be that there is a defect or lack of an item. In that situation, it is important that you contact us. We will of course be helpful in resolving the complaint. As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint. It is important that you contact us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error / defect. Depending on the extent of the error / defect, you will either have the item repaired, exchanged or the money returned.
In order for us to approve a complaint, it is of course a condition that the complaint is justified and that the error did not occur because you have used the product incorrectly or have provided other damaging behavior. It is important to be aware that glitter, beads, embroidery or other embellishments must be treated carefully. Mica and silver / gold will eventually lose their luster after washing and wear. It is also referred to as wear and tear that textile dyes lose some color after a few washes.
What is reasonable time? If you complain within 14 days after you have discovered the error / defect, the complaint is considered to be timely. An approved complaint also means that we reimburse reasonable costs for shipping. Reasonable cost is our absolute cheapest shipping label.
Always contact us before you send the item. Possibly we can find a solution based on a picture which means that you do not have to send the item to us.
DELIVERY
When we provide delivery times, these are expected delivery times, as we have been informed by the freight forwarders. Locsshop.eu cannot be held responsible for packages exceeding these expected times. In busy times, it can be expected that there may be extra delivery time.
If the Freight Forwarder does not meet anyone at the recipient's address, they drop off the package at a pick-up location or at a depot. As a recipient, you will be notified. It is then the recipient's duty to contact the freight forwarder regarding a return or collection of the package. After 7 working days (depending on the freight forwarder) they return the package to the sender (Locsshop.eu). Therefore, we recommend picking up the package or contacting the freight forwarder as soon as possible.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
You basically have min. 7 days to pick up your package.
However, this depends on the freight forwarder chosen.
Always check the deadline with the forwarder (GLS, DHL, PostNord, Bring, CoolEurope, Coolrunner, DAO)
If you do not pick up your package within the freight forwarder's collection deadline, the package will be sent back to us. In this case, you will not get the delivery costs back, as we have already paid the freight forwarder for the delivery of your package. We therefore always recommend picking up the package as soon as possible. In addition, it is your duty as a customer to check the collection deadline with the chosen freight forwarder and comply with it.
As we are invoiced for the return of parcels that are not collected, this amount is also deducted from your receivables, therefore we strongly recommend that parcels are collected before the time limit is exceeded and before the parcel is returned to us.
We also deduct double shipping costs for free shipping as we also pay 2 times shipping costs, even if we have given you free shipping on purchases over a certain amount.
It is our cost price that we deduct, so if your package has been heavier than small packages and therefore more costly, we will deduct our full cost price in the event that you do not collect the package before the deadline issued by the forwarder.
If you want us to resend your package, you must purchase a new package label. Contact us if you want this.
If you wish to cancel the order, we will transfer the purchase amount for the goods when we have received the goods back, but not for the freight if the package has already been sent.
In addition, the costs for returning the package are also deducted from your receivables.
We return your receivable to the payment card that was used for the purchase.
Please note that uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal!
SUBMISSION OF ORDER
When you place an order on Locsshop.eu, it is not a legally binding agreement. Locsshop.eu may cancel the order at any time due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures, stock status errors and similar situations. The agreement between you as a customer and us as a seller is only binding when we have notified you that your order has been shipped.
DISCLAIMER AND DISCLAIMER
Locsshop.eu reserves the right to make any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
In addition, reservations are made for deviations in colors etc. on the product images shown. Brightness, color setting and screen selection can also help to display the image incorrectly.
All intellectual property rights including text, graphics and logos belong to Locsshop.eu
It is not permitted to copy, download, distribute, publish or otherwise reproduce material without prior agreement.
Violation of this may lead to legal action.
